KITE FLYING ON THE BEACH

No... we were not flying this kite. It is 24 kites, but actually flown as one. The man that was flying it was an expert at it. He said you have to start out with a group of 4 or 6 kites... not 24. It was beautiful and he had such control of it. It would swoop where ever he wanted it too.
....... Panama City Beach at Pier Park was where he was flying it.
